Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
Note: If the packaging seal on any of the products is broken or damaged, the item won't be subject to return.
Initiating a Return: To start a return, please contact us at amorae.leb@gmail.com. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you discover any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and work towards making it right.
Exchanges
For a prompt exchange, we recommend returning the item you have and placing a separate order for the new item once the return is accepted.
You are eligible for an exchange up to 2 days after you receive the order.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
Note: Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
